Walking in the centre of Bologna, nearby Piazza Santo Stefano, you’ll find at Colazione da Bianca (Bianca’s Breakfast’s) something similar to Paris boulangeries or northern Europe coolest bakery&breakfast rooms.

Actually, Colazione da Bianca is not properly a   bakery, but its muffins and other bakery-like stuffs are really worth being tasted… For the record, you can have not only breakfast, but brunch, lunch and afternoon snack-time, too. The interiors are really similar to the French-style mood.
