MINT TEA Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
10 sprigs of fresh mint, plus extra for garnish
3 teaspoons green tea
3 tablespoons sugar
4 cups of water
STEPS:

Boil the water and pour a small amount in the teapot, swishing it around to warm the pot.

Combine the mint, the green tea and the sugar in the teapot, then add the rest of the hot water.

Let the tea brew for 3 mins.

Set out glasses for the tea.

Fill one glass with the tea, then pour it back in the pot.

Repeat, to mix the sugar

Pour the tea by keeping the teapot from high distance above the glasses

Garnish with the remaining sprigs of mint.
